The referral process is very straightforward. Simply go through each screen filling in the relevant boxes as prompted.

At the end of the referral process you can pay by credit card, BACS or print out an invoice and send it, with your cheque, to the Customer Support Team.

Our Customer Support Centre will arrange appointments on your behalf, liaise with your employee and even send a map to them to help them find their way to their appointment.

Where necessary, we'll co-ordinate reports from third-party medical professionals prepare a detailed report for you and support you via our Clinical Support Team to help you implement any recommendations.
