Appointment with a physiotherapist, including assessment update report
NB: £95 for initial assessment and report		 £49.50
On site workstation assessment
(up to 1 hour on site including report) 		£250.00
Account management meetings
plus mileage at 40p per mile		 £100/hour

Any other medical investigations, (i.e. x-rays, pathology tests) will be charged at cost + 20%.
